Mardi Gras, Inc offers an internship program to all individuals over the age of 21 during the months of December through March.
A background in business administration, hospitality management, or marketing, and an interest in event management is preferred.
Interns are given major responsibilities crucial to the success and coordination of all events. Work days are Monday through Friday with a 25-30-hour work week, generally between the hours of 9am till 5pm. Interns will be asked to work some evenings, as well as all weekend events. This time includes the holiday season (not office holidays) and ends two to three weeks after the Grand Parade Day. See event calendar at stlmardigras.org.
